Clove bud essential oil is beneficial for anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, antiseptic, anti-fungal, anti-tumoral, and anti-parasitic. Clove bud has a spicy, pleasant aroma. It is warm, sweet, peppery and candy-like. The scent is similar to the common household spice.

Toothache Relief
2 drops Clove
2 drops Tea Tree
Add essential oils to a damp cotton swab. Apply directly on the sore tooth. Careful to avoid lips and gums that may be sensitive.
Breath Freshener
4 oz. water
½ t. honey
5 drops Clove
5 drops Orange
10 drops Peppermint
Mix all ingredients in a spray bottle and shake. Mist 1-2 times daily in mouth as needed.
Laundry Scents
10 drops Clove Bud
Add essential oil to a cotton cloth. Place the cloth in the dryer with clothes.
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser.
Topical: Apply diluted in a carrier oil to body.
Internal: Can be add sparingly to recipes.Dilute one drop to 4 oz. of liquid.
Cleaning: Useful as an antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial cleanser for household surfaces.
