10 drops Digest Blend
15 drops Grapefruit essential oil
5 drops Ginger essential oil
Mix together in a 5ml glass bottle. Uncap bottle and inhale when nausea is most acute. Use 2-3 times daily or as needed.

Internal: Add 1-2 drop of DIGEST blend to 8 oz glass of water for drink for occasional indigestion.
Pets: Dilute 1 drop of DIGEST blend to 1 t. of carrier oil and rub on stomach of dogs and cats to help digestion.
