Kapha Bath Salts:

• 6 t. coarse sea salt (unflavored)
• 3 t. epsom salts
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1-2 drops Kapha Blend essential oil
• 1-3 drops food coloring (optional)
• In a bowl, mix to combine salts and soda. Add Kapha blend essential oil and mix. Add a few drops of food coloring, until you achieve the desired shade.

Directions for Use

 Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser.

 Topical: For occasional use apply one to two drops to head, neck, wrists or chest to balance body.
For daily use apply diluted in a carrier oil to similar areas.
