Diffusing While You Sleep

The easiest step to improve your health most of us forget to do.

 

Is it just me or has everyone wished they could learn a language or something like that while they were sleeping?  I have often wished I could accomplish something great during the hours I slept.   Well here you go…!   You can improve your health in many ways by diffusing essential oils while sleeping.   It is as easy as plugging in a diffuser next to your bed.   Depending on your personal health concerns, there is a lot that can be accomplished in a 7-8 hour stretch of inhaling essential oils.   

Ultrasonic mist diffusers are best for bedtime.

For diffusing essential oils for 7-9 hours, an ultra-sonic mist diffuser is recommended. Which essential oils would be good to diffuse at night? 

Get hormones balanced.  Both men and women can use blends made specifically for them to become well balanced.   Blends with Clary Sage for women and with Cypress for men, are good options.  Could I feel like a new person after diffusing hormone balancing oils, all night?  It is worth a try.

Sleep longer and deeper.  Calming and sleep promoting essential oils or blends are another good option.  I know I could use deeper sleep!   Oils like lavender, clary sage, roman chamomile and ylang ylang are relaxing and calming.  These oils are a great way to relieve stress and over thinking.

Kill germs for hours.  During the current covid-19 pandemic many people are diffusing essential oils or blends that protect against virus, purify the air, help promote easier breathing or help restore sense of smell.   Anti-microbial, anti-bacterial and anti-spasmodic essential oils like lemon, tea tree, eucalyptus and clove can help keep us healthy.  

Let your mind heal.  Cognitive issues, attention deficit and memory function can be improved during a prolonged period of exposure to oils like lavender, peppermint, and rosemary or blends with these essential oils.

Here is the trick.
